Our « event management » module enables you to manage, in a completely centralized way, data relating to reception, orientation, signage and room reservations for a venue hosting events, such as a conference or congress center or a hotel, for example.
Concentrate solely on information relating to your conferences and their sessions and enter it easily into a dedicated form. The display of information on your entire range of screens (room screens, summary screens, orientation totems, videowalls, LED walls), as well as on a connected mobile application, is fully automated. So you can inform and direct your participants simply and effectively. Configurable display templates are available as standard. We can also customize them to match your corporate identity.
At the same time, take advantage of all the flexibility of MyCast to display other types of information, such as nearby transport links, restaurant menus, tourist information or products on sale, for example.
This « multi-site » project was completed in 2018. It consists of 74 screens in various conference centres (CICG, CCV and MIE), mainly used for reception, orientation, signage and conference room reservations.
The information distributed is managed by different user profiles (event managers, communications department, restaurant managers, stage managers, etc.).
The display is available for different screen types and formats (landscape, portrait, stretch, touch, etc.).
In order to guarantee a solution that is easy to maintain and scalable, the system operates without any external players connected to the screens.
