Projects

You will find below some of our projects.

CICG

The International Conference Center Geneva (CICG) called on our services to implement a Digital Signage solution for visitor reception, signage, room and event management, as well as the center's overall communications.

This "multi-site" project comprises 75 screens, spread across various buildings. The information displayed is managed by different user profiles (event managers, communications department, restaurant managers, stage managers, etc.).

A module for centralized management of events and sessions has been custom-developed. The display of information on dedicated screens (as well as on a mobile application) is fully automated.

Grand Théâtre de Genève

The Grand Théâtre opted for our MyCast digital signage solution to solve, among other things, the problem of live visualization of stage feedback from the offices.

Whether during rehearsals or performances, a live streaming feed is displayed in real time on around fifty screens located in the administrative area of the theater and other strategic locations (dressing rooms, reception, etc.).

The Grand Théâtre also uses this network of screens to broadcast other information, such as schedules and text news created by the company in the form of RSS feeds.

FER

Fédération des Entreprises Romandes called on our services to optimise the management of its conference rooms and corporate communications. MyCast is linked to the ERP module dedicated to reservations to automate displays based on the data entered.

FER has more than 60 screens used for reception, signage and conference room bookings. The screens are located in various buildings and managed by general services staff and by managers of seconded offices, according to specific access rights.

TPG

Transports Publics Genevois opted for our solution to enhance its internal and visitor communications. Some 25 screens are spread across the company's various sites and buildings. These screens are managed by staff from different departments, with specific rights.

Tailor-made templates have also been developed to automatically display certain data, directly retrieved from the TPG Information System. Other screens have also been deployed in bus and tram depots to manage vehicle dispatching in real time.

IMAD

In 2020, Geneva's homecare institution called on our services to deploy more than 40 screens in all its branches to boost its communications.

This was a very useful tool during the pandemic, particularly for informing residents and staff in real time about the latest developments and health measures to be adopted.

Other screens have also been installed throughout the institution's new premises, providing a modern reception area for visitors and real-time information for staff on all floors.

Bobst

Bobst is using our solution to optimise its internal communications and offer visitors a modern, innovative reception area. To achieve this, 32 screens have been deployed in the company's various buildings.

The screens are also used to present the history of the company from its creation to the present day, and to provide information on the daily menus at the restaurant entrances.

Hospice général

More than 60 screens are spread across all the Hospice général's centers, providing real-time information to both staff and beneficiaries. The institution has access to and can modify all the information, thereby influencing the institution's overall communication.

An user of a particular center can only modify the content distributed in their establishment. Their rights are limited to editing their own content.

Thanks to MyCast's advanced management features, the Hospice général benefits from consistent and relevant communication in each of its centers.

Fondation Genève Tourisme et Congrès

The Geneva Tourist Office has chosen our solution to provide visitors with an innovative and welcoming reception area.

The various screens are designed to inform visitors in real time about current shows, possible excursions and products on sale in the branch.

Screens are also available for queue management, with MyCast linked directly to the existing ticketing system.

Commune de Plan-les-Ouates

The Cherpines municipal stadium uses screens inside and outside the changing rooms to provide information on the allocation of changing rooms to referees and players, indicate the opening of the various pitches and broadcast match schedules.

Pitch managers can manage the display via a simplified mobile application, directly from their smartphones.

In addition, the information is automatically relayed to a dedicated space on Municipality's website using our web player.

Ecole le-Sapay

The Le-Sapay school uses screens to optimize its signage. The screens can be used to direct people inside the pool and inform them of locker room occupancy.

It's also an opportunity for the school to provide information on current and future events, as well as news about the school.
